Public Offer

1. General Provisions

1.1. This document is an official proposal (public offer) of the Immer online store, hereinafter referred to as the "Seller," and contains all the essential conditions for organizing distance buying and selling through the website.

1.2. In accordance with Article 369 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan, in case of acceptance of the conditions set out below and payment for services, the legal or physical person accepting this offer becomes the "Buyer."

2. Subject of the Agreement

2.1. The Seller undertakes to transfer the Goods to the Buyer's ownership, and the Buyer undertakes to pay for and accept the Goods under the terms of this Agreement.

2.2. This agreement regulates the buying and selling of goods in the online store, including:

• Voluntary selection of goods by the Buyer in the catalog;
• Independent placement of an order by the Buyer on the site;
• Payment by the Buyer for the order placed in the online store;
• Processing and delivery of the order to the Buyer.

3. Order Placement Procedure

3.1. The Buyer has the right to place an order for any product presented on the Site of the online store and in stock.

3.2. Each item can be presented in the order in any quantity.

3.3. In the absence of goods in the warehouse, the Company Manager is obliged to notify the Buyer (by phone or via email).

4. Payment for the Order

4.1. Payment is made upon receipt of the goods in cash or by non-cash payment through electronic payment systems (Payme, Click, Uzcard) in the national currency – sum.

4.2. In case of non-receipt of funds, the Seller reserves the right to cancel the order.

5. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

5.1. The Seller is obliged to:

• Transfer the goods to the Buyer in accordance with the selected sample, placed order, and terms of this offer;
• Bear full responsibility to the Buyer for fulfilling the order until the goods are handed over to the Buyer;

5.2. The Buyer is obliged to:

• Pay for and pick up the order in a timely manner under the terms of this agreement.

6. Liability of the Parties

6.1. The Parties are liable for non-fulfillment or improper fulfillment of the terms of this agreement in the manner prescribed by this agreement and the current legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
