Terms and Conditions

1. General Provisions

1.1. These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") regulate the procedure and conditions for using the Immer online store (hereinafter referred to as the "Seller" or "Site"), and also determine the rights and obligations of the Buyer and the Seller.

1.2. By placing an order on the Site, the Buyer confirms their full and unconditional agreement with this Agreement.

1.3. The Seller reserves the right to make changes to this Agreement unilaterally without prior notice. Changes come into force from the moment they are published on the Site.

2. Terms and Definitions

  • Buyer — a natural or legal person placing an order on the Site to purchase goods for personal, family, household, or other needs.
  • Goods — an object of the material world (large and small home appliances, electronics, and related products) presented for sale on the Site.
  • Order — a properly executed request from the Buyer to purchase and deliver the Goods selected on the Site.

3. Website Registration and Data Protection

3.1. To place an Order, the Buyer can register on the Site or place an order without registration ("quick order").

3.2. When registering or placing an order, the Buyer agrees to provide accurate and correct information about themselves, including a contact phone number and delivery address.

3.3. The Seller guarantees the confidentiality of the Buyer's personal data and uses them exclusively for processing orders, organizing delivery, and informing about the order status in accordance with the privacy policy.

4. Order Processing and Execution

4.1. Ordering Goods is carried out by the Buyer through an electronic form on the Site.

4.2. After placing the order, the Seller's operator contacts the Buyer to confirm the availability of the goods, clarify delivery details, and the final cost.

4.3. If the ordered Goods are not in the Seller's warehouse, the Seller has the right to cancel the Order and notify the Buyer by a call or message.

4.4. Photographs of goods on the site are illustrations and may differ slightly from the actual appearance of the goods. Technical specifications can be changed by the manufacturer without notice.

5. Pricing and Payment Procedure

5.1. Prices on the Site are indicated in the national currency (sum) and include all applicable taxes.

5.2. The Seller has the right to change the price of the Product at any time. However, the price for an Order already confirmed by the operator is not subject to change.

5.3. Payment for the order can be made in the following ways:

  • Cash to the courier upon receipt of the goods;
  • Cashless payment through payment systems (Payme, Click, Uzcard, Humo);
  • Transfer to a bank account (for legal entities).

6. Delivery and Acceptance of Goods

6.1. Delivery is carried out by the Seller's own courier service or third-party transport companies throughout the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

6.2. The cost and delivery times are calculated individually depending on the dimensions of the Goods (refrigerators, washing machines, air conditioners, etc.) and the remoteness of the region.

6.3. Upon receipt of the Goods, the Buyer must inspect the packaging, open it in the presence of the courier, check the appearance, completeness, and absence of mechanical damage.

6.4. The fact of acceptance of the Goods is confirmed by the Buyer's signature on the delivery note. After signing, claims regarding appearance and completeness are not accepted.

7. Return and Exchange of Goods

7.1. The Buyer has the right to exchange or return goods of good quality within 10 (ten) calendar days from the moment of transfer of the goods if they do not fit in shape, dimensions, style, color, size, or configuration.

7.2. Return of a good quality product is possible only if:

  • The product has not been used and has no signs of use;
  • Its presentation, consumer properties, factory packaging, seals, and factory labels are preserved;
  • There is a cash or sales receipt confirming the purchase.

7.3. Transport costs for returning a product of good quality are paid by the Buyer.

8. Warranty Service

8.1. All equipment sold is provided with an official warranty from the manufacturer or service center.

8.2. The warranty period is specified in the warranty card, which is given to the Buyer along with the Goods.

8.3. If a factory defect is identified during operation, the Buyer must contact the authorized service center specified in the warranty card. Free repairs are made only if there is a correctly filled-out warranty card.

8.4. The warranty does not cover damages caused by improper installation, violation of operating rules, power surges, or mechanical impact.

9. Liability of Parties and Force Majeure

9.1. The Seller is not responsible for damage caused to the Buyer as a result of improper use of the Goods purchased on the Site.

9.2. The parties are released from liability for full or partial failure to fulfill their obligations if it was the result of force majeure circumstances, such as fire, flood, earthquake, strikes, or actions of government agencies.

10. Dispute Resolution

10.1. All disputes and disagreements arising in the process of executing this Agreement are resolved through negotiations.

10.2. If it is impossible to resolve disputes through negotiations, they are subject to consideration in court in accordance with the current legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
