Warranty Service

By purchasing Immer appliances, you gain confidence in the future. All our products are covered by the manufacturer's official warranty.

• Free Repair: If a factory defect is detected during the warranty period, the repair is carried out absolutely free of charge.
• Warranty Periods: The standard warranty ranges from 1 to 3 years (depending on the product category). Compressors and motors of some models come with an extended warranty of up to 10 years.
• Original Parts: Only new and original spare parts from the manufacturer are used during warranty repairs.

Post-Warranty (Paid) Repair

If the warranty period for your equipment has expired or the breakdown occurred due to a violation of the operating rules (power surges, mechanical damage, incorrect connection), our qualified technicians are ready to help on a paid basis.

We offer transparent pricing: the technician conducts diagnostics, announces the exact cost of work and spare parts, and starts repairs only after your consent.

How Our Service Works?

• Step 1: Submit a request. Fill out the form on this page or call our Call Center. Specify the type of equipment and the signs of breakdown.
• Step 2: Technician's visit. Our specialist will contact you to arrange a convenient time for the visit. Most repairs are performed right at your home.
• Step 3: Diagnostics and repair. The technician identifies the cause of the malfunction and quickly fixes it.
• Step 4: Warranty for the work. After completing a paid repair, you receive a receipt and a warranty for the work performed and parts replaced (up to 6 months).

Important Rules

To receive warranty service, you must keep the correctly filled warranty card (with the seller's stamp and date of sale) and the receipt. In case of loss of the warranty card, the right to free repair may be canceled.
